Tools that identify the highest-leverage people to contact at a company based on role, function, reporting lines, and mutual connections.
Insights Generation
AI-powered research and insights generation to help craft personalized LinkedIn messages, emails, and follow-ups, using your instructions and profile context.
Tracking & Organization
Simple tools to save people, track conversations, and stay organized throughout the networking and interview journey.
These features evolve over time as we improve the product experience.
2. Subscription and Access
Your subscription grants access to the Platform for the duration of your selected plan.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of the current term.
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or partial credits under any circumstance.
3. User Privacy and Data
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the following:
Data Usage
We collect and process information to operate and improve the Platform — including generating personalized outreach, improving search results, and enhancing networking recommendations.
Confidentiality
Your data, outreach content, saved profiles, and networking activity will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or resale. Information may be shared only with essential service providers (e.g., payment processing, support tools).
No Ads or Resale
We do not display third-party ads or monetize user data in any form.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data. However, no system is completely secure. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
4. Acceptable Use
To maintain a secure and high-quality experience, you agree to the following:
One Account Per Person
Your account is personal and may not be shared. Shared access degrades performance and is not permitted.
Fair Use
You agree to use the Platform responsibly and not in a way that harms others or disrupts Platform operations.
Termination Rights
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propel Search is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, lost job opportunities, networking outcomes, interview results, or service interruptions.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “Effective Date” above will be updated. Continued use of the Platform after revisions are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Massachusetts.
